Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Pre-Orders
Some items may be offered as pre-orders.
For pre-order items:
- Orders are collected during the pre-order window
- Inventory is then produced and shipped to our warehouse
- Once inventory arrives, orders are packed and shipped in the order they were received
Estimated pre-order timelines may vary depending on production and shipping conditions. Customers will receive tracking information once orders are shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and shipping carrier rates.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Property of Allah is not responsible for:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
