Returns & Refunds
At Property of Allah, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
We’ll review the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items showing signs of wear or use
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your original return has been approved.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once a shipping label has been created, we may not be able to cancel the order.
If you need help, contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
However, we’ll always do our best to help you resolve any shipping issues.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
